Share the original files publicly or sublicense them to others

Free Templates

Allowed

Use for personal, learning, portfolio, or commercial websites

Customize the design, copy, colors, layout, and assets

Publish the finished site for yourself or a client

Not Allowed

Resell or redistribute the original template file

Upload it to marketplaces, template directories, or giveaways

Generally Not Allowed
