Terms of use

1. Licensing

Templates are provided under a Standard License or Extended License, as explained on our Licensing Page.
You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the template under the license you purchased.

Standard License:
Use the template for one live website (personal, commercial, or client).

Extended License:
Use the template on unlimited live websites, including for clients or multiple businesses.

You may customize the template freely, but you may not resell, distribute, or sublicense the original file.

2. Digital Product Usage

When you purchase a template, you are buying a license to use it—not ownership of the template.

You can:

• Use the template under your purchased license.
• Customize it fully using Webflow or Framer.
• Transfer the finished site to a client or personal brand.

You cannot:

• Resell or redistribute the original template file.
• Use the template as part of another product or template.
• Share your remix link publicly or in template marketplaces.
• Claim the unmodified design as your own.

3. Refund Policy

Because our products are digital, all sales are final.

4. Product Updates

If we improve or update a purchased template, you’ll receive access to the new version. We aim to maintain templates but do not guarantee lifetime updates.

5. Support

We provide email-based support for all paid customers. Support includes help with:

• Template setup questions.
• Webflow- or Framer-specific functionality.
• Bug fixes or issues in the original template.

6. Right to Modify

We may update our templates, license terms, or these Terms of Use at any time. Changes will not retroactively affect projects already built using previous versions.

7. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any damages or losses resulting from the use or inability to use our templates, including but not limited to data loss, business interruption, or indirect damages.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed under the laws applicable in your country or region.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Use. Significant changes will be highlighted at the top of this page with a new date. Continued use of our site or templates after changes means you accept the revised terms.
