Most Framer templates are built for one moment: the day you buy them. You swap the logo, delete the demo content, and you're on your own. The second you ask an AI agent to add a page, it invents new colours, picks a heading style that doesn't exist, and hands you a cleanup job.
A small group of templates now fixes that. They ship with instructions that teach the agent how the template was designed, so "add a Careers page" gives you a page that actually matches. Framer made this possible when it launched Skills on September 22, 2026, and skills stay inside a project when someone remixes it.
I work at Omakase, a Framer design studio built for the AI era, and we’re betting everything on this shift. So I went looking for the templates already doing it well. It's early. Only a handful exist, and one creator makes four of them. That's why this is a list to watch, not a final ranking.
Key Takeaways
An agent-ready Framer template ships with instructions that teach an AI agent how to extend it: its components, styles, grid and copy rules.
There are two ways to do it today: Framer Skills, which live inside the Framer project, and add-on kits like Omakase's Agent Kit, which also work with Claude Code, Codex and Figma's agent.
Tektūra is the strongest example so far, with eleven skills built in. Kelvane is the best free one.
A template with skills but no design system page is only half ready. The agent needs one place that shows every colour, text style and component.
Skills don't make a weak template good. Judge the design first, then the skills.
How I picked these agent-ready Framer templates
I only included templates where the creator ships real instructions for the agent, not just a template with "AI" in the name. Then I looked at four things:
What the agent is taught. Design rules only, or also copy, CMS, SEO and launch checks?
A design system page. One page with every colour, text style and component gives the agent a single source of truth.
Which agents it works with. Framer's agent only, or also tools like Claude Code?
Price. Free options matter here, because most people are still testing the idea.
Two of these seven are ours (Mindly and Solwell). I've given them the same honest treatment as everyone else, cons included.

The 7 agent-ready Framer templates to watch
1. Tektūra: the one that shows where this is going

Tektūra is a $120 template for architecture practices by UIhub. It ships with eleven skills that cover content, layouts, copy and pre-launch checks. The creator shows a full Sustainability page made from a single sentence to the agent.
What's included | Pros | Cons |
|---|---|---|
Several layout variants per section, all anchored to the same columns, so the agent can mix them without anything shifting | The deepest skill set I found on any template | Built for architecture practices, so another industry means rewriting a lot |
Skills that know the grid, the sections and the CMS, not just the colours | Layout variety means your site won't look like every other Tektūra site | Skills only work with Framer's agent |
Pre-launch checks, so the agent reviews its own work |
Steal this if: you run an architecture or design practice and want to add pages yourself for years without hiring a designer.
See Tektūra on the Framer Marketplace
2. Reelio: the most complete skill set

Reelio is a UIhub template for photo and video production studios, and it ships with a full set of Framer Skills: design system, CMS content, brand voice, SEO, accessibility, launch checks and a rebrand check. Each one is written around the template's own components.
What's included | Pros | Cons |
|---|---|---|
Skills for writing and launch work, not just design | The clearest example of what a full skill set looks like | More skills means more to read before you trust them |
A design system page with every colour, text style and component in one place | The rebrand check catches leftover demo branding, the most common template mistake | Framer's agent only |
Steal this if: you run a photo or video studio and want the agent to help with copy and SEO, not just layouts.

3. Mindly + Agent Kit: agent-ready outside Framer too (by my studio)

Mindly is our AI course landing page template and our best seller. Add the Agent Kit and your agent gets the context to extend it: a DESIGN.md with the design rules, canonical references, an agent protocol, and a rules file that audits the agent's work.
This is one of ours, so take my bias into account. Here's the honest case.
What's included | Pros | Cons |
|---|---|---|
The Mindly template, built for educators and creators selling an AI course | Tested in real work: our team built a full partnerships page on Mindly with Claude Code and the Agent Kit (how we connected Claude Code to Framer) | The Agent Kit is a separate add-on, not built into the template like Framer Skills, so you pay extra |
An Agent Kit for the Framer site, plus a second kit for the Figma file on the higher tiers | The audit rules mean the agent checks its own output instead of guessing | If you only use Framer's own agent, a template with built-in skills may feel simpler |
Works with Framer's agent, Claude Code, Codex and Figma's agent |
Choose this if: you sell an AI course and want to grow your site with Claude Code or Codex, not only inside Framer.

4. Kelvane: the best free one

Kelvane is a free HVAC template by Jeeth with two Framer AI skills, including one that rebrands the template with your details. It also ships with an eight-section Start Here guide and a live style guide.
What's included | Pros | Cons |
|---|---|---|
A rebrand skill that tackles the first job every buyer has | Free, so it's the cheapest way to try an agent-ready template | Only three pages plus a 404 |
Separate Cooling and Heating pages, each with its own form, reviews and FAQ | The Start Here guide lists every place to replace demo content | Two skills is a starting point, not a full set |
Steal this if: you run a heating and cooling company and want a free site you can extend with the agent.
See Kelvane on the Framer Marketplace
5. Quomi: ready for your own skills

Quomi is a UIhub portfolio template for designers. It doesn't ship a big skill set. What it does have is a design system page with all its text styles, colours and components in one place, which is the foundation every good skill needs.
What's included | Pros | Cons |
|---|---|---|
A clean, complete design system page | Lighter and easier to learn than Tektūra or Reelio | You have to write the skills yourself |
A good base for writing your own first skill | You decide what the agent is taught | Less useful if you wanted something ready on day one |
Steal this if: you're a designer who wants a portfolio and a solid base for writing your first skills.

6. Vitalo: one small skill, done well

Vitalo is a free UIhub template for personal trainers, with a scroll video hero. Its creator turned swapping that hero video into a reusable skill, so you change it with one command instead of digging through layers.
What's included | Pros | Cons |
|---|---|---|
A tiny, focused skill that swaps the hero video | Free to remix | One skill only, so it won't help the agent build new pages |
Shows that a skill doesn't need to be big to be useful |
Steal this if: you're a personal trainer, or you want to see the simplest possible skill before writing your own.

7. Solwell + Agent Kit: built agent-ready from day one (by my studio)

Solwell is our template for solar and battery installers, priced from $129. It's the template we built to prove the agent-ready idea: add the Agent Kit and your agent can build new pages that match the design, whether you work in Framer's agent, Claude Code, Codex or Figma's agent.
What's included | Pros | Cons |
|---|---|---|
A template for solar and battery installers, built to bring in quote requests | Built agent-ready from the start, not added on later | A narrow niche: outside solar, you'll rewrite most of the copy |
An Agent Kit for the Framer site, plus one for the Figma file on the higher tiers | The Agent Kit checks the agent's work, so new pages stay on-brand | Like Mindly, the Agent Kit is a separate add-on |
An SEO-friendly structure | Works with four agents, not just Framer's | One of the pricier templates on this list |
Choose this if: you install solar panels or batteries and want a site your agent can keep growing.
See Solwell on the Framer Marketplace | Learn about the Agent Kit
Framer Skills vs Agent Kit: what's the difference?
Both do the same job: they teach an AI agent how a template was designed so new pages match. The difference is where they live and which agents can read them.

Framer Skills | Omakase Agent Kit | |
|---|---|---|
Where it lives | Inside the Framer project | Files that come with the template |
Which agents use it | Framer's agent | Framer's agent, Claude Code, Codex, Figma's agent |
How you get it | Built in by the template creator | An add-on when you buy the template |
Checks the agent's work | If the creator writes a check skill | Yes, a rules file audits the output |
Covers the Figma file | No | Yes, on the Figma tiers |
If you only ever work inside Framer, built-in skills are the simplest option. If you build with Claude Code or Codex, or hand the Figma file to a designer's agent, you need something that travels outside Framer. That's why we built the Agent Kit. If you want the full background, I explained what a design.md file is and why it sits at the centre of the kit.
3 mistakes to avoid when buying an agent-ready template
1. Counting skills instead of reading them. Eleven vague skills are worth less than two precise ones. Open the skill text if the creator shows it. Good skills name real components and pages, say what the agent must not touch, and end with a check.
2. Ignoring the design system page. Skills point the agent at your styles. If those styles are messy or missing, the agent still guesses. A template with a clean design system page and no skills is often easier to fix than one with skills and a messy file.
3. Forgetting about credits. Every task the Framer agent runs spends AI credits from your plan. A template that gets pages right the first time saves credits on every retry. Agents you run yourself, like Claude Code, use your own tokens instead. I covered this in my guide to customising a Framer template with AI agents.
My verdict
If you want to see where templates are heading, buy Tektūra. It's the clearest proof that a template can keep growing after you buy it. If you want to try the idea for free, remix Kelvane.
If you build with Claude Code or Codex, built-in Framer Skills won't follow you there. That's the gap we built the Agent Kit for, and Mindly and Solwell are two of the templates where you can use it today.
Within a year, I expect a template without agent instructions to feel like a template without a mobile layout. This list will only keep growing.
FAQ
What is an agent-ready Framer template?
An agent-ready Framer template ships with instructions that teach an AI agent how it was designed: its components, styles, grid and copy rules. That lets you ask the agent for a new page and get one that matches, instead of one you have to fix.
What are Framer Skills?
Framer Skills are reusable instructions saved inside a Framer project that the Framer agent follows. Framer launched them on September 22, 2026. You call one with a slash command, like /design-system, or the agent uses it when your task matches.
Do skills come with a template when I remix it?
Yes. Skills stay with a project when someone remixes it, which is why template creators can now include them. You can edit them afterwards in Project Settings, under Skills.
Is there a free agent-ready Framer template?
Yes. Kelvane is free and ships with two skills, including one that rebrands it for you. Vitalo and Quomi are free to remix.
Can I use Framer Skills with Claude Code?
Framer Skills are built for Framer's own agent. If you work in Claude Code or Codex, you need instructions that live outside the Framer project, like a DESIGN.md file or an Agent Kit.
